The coolness of French stamps. I ordered a DVD via Amazon.fr, and here is was, within a couple of days. It's always delightful to receive a parcel with a hand scrawled address and diverse selection of stamps.

Due to the general grimness of the weather, I didn't intend walking home today, but due to a dreadful accident on my route home, I got that bit of extra exercise.
