The Bluebird of Happiness

We saw at least a dozen foraging deer, a young hawk, a portly ground squirrel, a handful of rabbits, assorted brown birds in various sizes, and this gorgeous Western Bluebird--all before breakfast (but not before my usual morning snack of coffee and a rice cake slathered in chocolate almond butter...) on a lovely walk up on campus.
