I went to get my battery in my laptop replaced today, but because of lockdown I couldn’t wait in the store. I wandered the area in search of a park and found a nice one. It was quiet when I arrived but these chaps soon broke that silence! Nice to experience this sense of community, as seen in many local squares.
Mum continues to improve.
Lockdown continues - so tired of not being able to socialise. I got a headache coming back home out of frustration. I’m glad I’m not old and alone.. yet..
Got over my miseries and into my study. We’re learning about assessment and it’s fascinating stuff. Seriously!
Collected dinner from the Syrian family - earlier collection so we had a nice chat. He left Syria 10 years ago and lived in Jordan and Turkey before coming here. They’re living off the cooking they’re doing. Not easy.
More study, bed.
