Back to the usual routine of the week. Food shopping for dad and a visit to check he's ok. Hopefully I'll soon be able to take him out somewhere....

We walked around the lake and gardens at Trentham. The Spring bulbs are blooming well including these impressive fritillary.

And my yoga classes via Zoom started again this evening.
