Exhausted

I was exhausted today, I don't seem to have been sleeping well since the clocks changed. I made myself go for a run after work though, in the hope that I would sleep better if I got some exercise. I stopped quickly to take a photo of a Swan on the canal but it didn't come out, so I'm cheating a bit and using this from another day.
