Grey Heron

Went up to the loch early this morning as it was about that time I saw her on Tuesday. No sign at all. I had given up and had put my camera away when I saw a Heron overhead. I thought it was too big to be the young one  but she landed right in front of me again. It is so humbling to see such a large bird come out of the sky to see you. I gave her her fish and I noticed she is getting very wary of the Geese, however she had her fish and stood around for a long time. 
I think she probably goes to one of the other lochs when it gets busy in the afternoon.
