Country Club

On the very odd occasion a client decides to treat us to lunch. Today we were treated to some great food at The Country Club Johannesburg.

Established in 1906, it is definitely a step back in time, with gorgeous gardens.

Our friend Phil was put up here for three months when he first came to SA, and spent a lot of time in this pool, much to the surprise of locals as he arrived in mid winter when the water would have been more than a tad chilly.

A dip in that blue water would have been welcome today as it was hot for April.
