Feeling foolish

During yesterday's treatment I stood up and immediately fell to the ground. My foot had fallen asleep and I did not realize it. The nurses responded right away and I felt foolish for causing a commotion. I wound up twisting my ankle so brought a cane along for safety today. I will try not to cause a ruckus today. Sigh, always seems to be some drama going on.
