Rainy Cheshire

Busy, busy day. Made more busy by an inset after school on stress management.....well that's what it was called, not really sure the objectives were achieved. Apparently we have to forget the past and not spend so much time thinking about the future!? Should have known it is MY fault that I feel stressed at times...nothing at all to do with management! ;-)

Think I will stick to my own strategies....walk the dog, spend time with my men and have a lovely bath! (and if I feel like thinking about my childhood, which was a pretty happy one, I will!!)
