Air Sea Rescue training at our beach

It was a beautiful sunny day here in South Wales again with a haze over the Channel. As we arrived at our little beach, the Air Sea Rescue people were going through a training exercise. One of the guys was going up and down on a winch pulling some sort of object out of the sea. A very interesting half hour for me.
