Sydney Harbour from Circular Quay Station

Today I went with two friends to the State Library of NSW to see an exhibition of photographs by Sydney Morning Herald photographers. It was the exhibition's tenth year, so while pics of more recent events dominated, many went back over the decade. The fires that devastated huge areas of NSW a bit over a year ago occupied a fair bit of space. There were many terrific photos about a wide range of topics.

We followed this with lunch on the east quay, then home and a bit of a lie down. When I woke it was dark, so just as well I did a snap while waiting for the train.
