Made my day

H has decided to get in there early with Santa this year and has written her letter to him already. At 51/2 years old, the youngest in Yr 1 at school she is trying really hard with her writing and spelling, in fact I am amazed by how much I can understand of her slightly mad scribbles. She makes me terribly proud as a parent.

My own day has been quite mixed. Busy, which I like, challenging, which I enjoy to a point but far too long. We have a VIP visiting tomorrow and I am part of the presentation team. Not sure how smart I'll look in my Maternity uniform (yuck!) but hopefully that won't be too much of a show stopper!
