Not much choice for a blip

Today was shopping, redressing mum's minor leg injury, cleaning and tidying.
Therefore, I had not taken any photos except for a couple in our garden.
Did not sleep well last night - waking often with hip (sciatic) pain and arm (vaccination) pain!
Feeling a lot better today.
