Puffin - 2021

A fairly breezy day, but mostly sunny all day.  Clouded over just before sunset. 

Another day working in the museum, and a steady day of visitors.  We had some of the Shetland film crew in again, looking at settings for filming.  Met up with mam for lunch.  Got a bit more garden therapy after work.  Met friend Julie for walkies, also mam, Laura and Elise too.  Feet up by the fire now. 

Headed down to see if we could spy any puffins, and oh boy, there were hundreds.  All the usual cliff edges were lined with them, and looking fit and healthy.  I even spied a puffin roll, twice! Two puffins, possibly getting frisky, rolled down the hill, but poor light for my camera.  I hope they have another good breeding year.  Taken at Sumburgh Head.
