How It's Done
I have commented numerous times about how things are done differently in Mexico as opposed to the United States. This was reinforced today as I watched these workers paint this bridge. I can think of no where in the U.S. that this would be allowed by a government crew, probably not a private enterprise either (though I will confess this is how I would have gone about this task if it was on my property). I was torn between this shot showing the project's overall precarious nature and the extra showing just how narrow that ledge is. Regardless, I think this is the last bridge in town to be painted in "Zihua" colors. They obviously saved the most difficult for last.
