Clematis - 16 day old blackbird chick.

I cut the clematis back in the extra very severely 2 years ago and it's just recovering now. Last year I had hardly any flowers.

Chick news. The chicks are hiding in the garden in the shadows so very difficult to get a decent shot. They are fluffy and healthy and they don't have tails. They are flying/scrambling so better fliers than previous broods so staying in the nest longer was beneficial. They will come into the open to be fed so I will get some better pictures. The chick is one sitting in my bay tree but it's not the most clear. The other two chicks are also in the tree but completely hidden.
