Although it happens every day, I am still enthralled by the sun rise and the colours, shapes and shadows it makes as Stan and I walk through the woods.

Later on a rather pleasant bimble on the bike to Tintern Abbey and back, without losing any fingers to frostbite for the first time this year!! :-)
