Moth

After an interesting Zoom talk with CC last night on photographing nature in the garden, we just happened to be having a coffee in our son's garden on the coast today when this moth landed. Only had my handbag camera with me, but managed a couple of shots. Imagine it is a common breed, but have no idea what it is and couldn't find it in my book.
First time at our son's house since last summer when we could meet in the garden before. He has had to work right through the panademic, so was frightened he was carrying the virus as quite a few he works with have been ill. As it is a few weeks since we had our second vaccination and Lockdown has eased, we are feeling safer, it was so good to see him and enjoy an hour in the sunshine.
