Great Carrs

3 more Wainwrights completed today - Great Carrs,  Swirl How and Grey Friar.  It was a lovely walk in nice temperatures and with great views.

On the way we passed the cairn in my picture which is the site of the crashed Halifax bomber LL505 which was lost during a training flight in 1944.  Parts of the aircraft are still evident.
