If this warm weather continues, the daffodils will soon be gone, so I thought I'd give them a day in the spotlight.

We've had another chance to sit outside, drinking coffee, reading, knitting (me) and drawing trees (D), watching cyclists whizz by in groups of 6. We also had fun trying out the new dog grooming tool on Jess, and now the lawn is covered with prime bird nesting material; most of Jess's undercoat. Part 2 tomorrow...

That's about as exciting as life gets out here in the sticks!

Today's walks: Stepford Round 3.56 miles, RB, forestry road and back by  the Cluden 4.01 miles. Heard a blackcap down by the river :-)
