Flowers from a friend

Thank you so much Evolybab for the unexpected arrival of these beautiful flowers this morning! I thoroughly enjoyed unpacking, refreshing and arranging them - I love the delicate colours - a very pretty bunch!

Had Covid test no. 2 this morning. Halfway there (day 5 of 10). Got my exercise and fresh air from mowing the (very lumpy and weedy) lawn. I enjoyed the challenge and it looks so much better now. 

I am just catching up with Prince Philip's funeral today. It's fittingly military centric of course, and beautifully done, but so sad to see the queen alone and the family distanced (in more ways than one we surmise). RIP to a very remarkable man.
