Learn something new...

Ever eaten a pineapple this way? My husband saw a YouTube video showing someone taking apart a pineapple by its segments to eat, instead of slicing it, so I gave it a try!
Needless to say, I still had to get a knife out, but I like it! Get loads more of it this way. Something new- boredom takes me to some only lightly less boring places :)
