Easter Backblip

Lockdown for the second Easter in a row. It was a non event this year although I did put up the Easter/ spring decorations. We didn’t exchange any Easter eggs and I even forgot to buy a Colomba (Italian Easter dove). I decided to make a white chocolate and caramel rocky road using m & m peanuts as the Easter eggs. It was way too sweet but delicious at the same time.
