Stay on Track

After a wee lie in this morning, woke up feeling like a pancake, so, whilst the lad was watching YouTube and my wife was out walking Bobby boy with her friends, I tried to get my spirits going.
Only way for it when they returned, was to throw on the gear and head out to Limekilns Coast by just running like a kid with the wind on my back, Basement Jaxx in my ears, and positive memories in my mind.
On the way back, thought I’d head along the old railway line again and attempt my first “timer” kinda action shot, the process was rather good fun:-)
