Bees Don't Care...

Dandelions are called weeds.

If you need to spray them consider taking the flowers off first then the bees won't die feeding on the weed/bee killer.

Personally I just deadhead the fading flowers before they seed. Before other flowers bloom bees need all the food they can get.
