Nala and I

This is the longest walk I have done in about 5 years due to my back and I thoroughly I enjoyed it too. Tired now though. This is the Scorrybreac loop I have just done.

So far I think I can say the cortisone injections are working as I don't think I could have this walk without them as I also went up the side of a very high hill too.
I hope i not going to suffer tomorrow. Nala is out cold on sofa she is really tired.
