Green Heron Lift-off

I went to Hughes Hollow this morning and was surprised to find the parking lot completely full, with cars lined up along the access road. Apparently, there were a lot of birders looking for the nesting gray-blue gnat-catchers and a Virginia Rail.  I found the gnatcatchers from a great distance but never laid eyes on the rail.  It didn't matter because it was just so beautiful to be there and I managed to get this shot, so I came home with my blip.
