Walked my feet off - 14,500 steps

Met M at 10:30 and walked to Boscombe Pier and along the front back to Bournemouth Pier, then home. An hour later met E at 60 Million Postcards (pub), big event, first Aspall cider there for a year probably.

On the way back stopped at a new Kurdish owned patisserie/café In Old Christchurch Road. Had a Giggi’s (vegan) ice cream, And E sampled several of the ‘tasters’ on the counter. I came home with a tahini bread, delicious. Never had it before, slightly sweet and with a flavour of Halva.

Now catching up with emails and stuff, and shall make a hot broth are starting to feel a bit cold. Otherwise been a stunningly beautiful day with clear blue skies. Busy on the beach
