Early morning cycle followed by a swim, there should have been a run in there too but for various reasons that didn't happen. Refuelled at lunchtime with beans on toast cooked and presented by C as part of her DT food plating topic. Cooking, chores and knitting filled the rest of the day, then a peaceful loop of Northcliffe.
