The end of the day ...

But a day of new beginnings for New Zealand & Australia. A bubble has been opened up between New Zealand & Australian states today! and there’ve been many many emotional heart warming scenes at all the airports, as families are reunited. Tears & joy galore. It makes you realise just how close the two countries really are. I think I heard that 10.000 passengers have crossed the ditch (Tasman Sea). Travellers must have had a CV19 free test, have no symptoms, and exercise social distancing and wear masks at all times.

It’s not without risks, and passengers are warned that they’ll have to quarantine, both ways, if there’s a CV19 outbreak but many are risking it.
It’s another first!
