A Day Worth Recording

Conveniently a dry day with no self-catering guests or visitors around so I spent the morning dressed in protective everything, spraying the rustic summerhouse with a wood treatment.  Woodworm have previously had quite a munch at it, especially the front pillars, one of which seems to have already been replaced with a recycled telegraph pole going by the enigmatic bolt holes.  I'd rather it didn't deteriorate further on our watch.

Rather tentatively sprayed a sample of the artwork but, as I was using a water based spray it was fine and I could do the whole surface.
