Norland Moor

MONDAY

I am on virtual office cover again so, at 7:30 am I headed up to Norland Moor for a 7 km run  in the sunshine. Apart from a couple of dog walkers and another runner the moor was deserted.

A busy day at work and then another 5 km walk up to the edge of the moor early evening.
