A busy morning with an early run (very cold) housework then a physio appointment. Apparently, once you’ve had a frozen shoulder, you won’t get another one in the same shoulder again. This was my last session and it’s almost back to 100%.
Alfie informed us on Friday night that he has split up from his girlfriend of nearly 2 1/2 years. It took him two weeks to tell us. Apparently he was worried I would be upset about our holiday as she was supposed to be coming with us. It does feel a bit strange after having her in our lives so much for the last couple of years that we won’t see her anymore. I suppose this is all part of the joys of having teenage children.
