If you think, the Mia was a smal car, than have a look at this Renault Twizy.
It is more a quad than an electric car. It has two seats. There was space for two shopping bags on the back seat of this ZE. Wow!  It has very cool doors (with windows in this version!), as you can see in this short review :-)
