Somewhere near Hertford

I went out for a beautiful bike ride this morning with my pal Andrew. He knows the trails around this part of Hertfordshire like the back of his hand. Even though I had the sun over a shoulder to give me an idea of the direction I was disorientated.

This is in Broxbourne Woods. Or perhaps not. Then dropping down the the River Lea we stopped for a cuppa and a natter. 

Home now and looking forward to the photo society Zoom session this evening. We have submitted two photos each which we will discuss in smaller groups. Then we will select one from each pair to put forward to the second half when each photographer will discuss the image of theirs, chosen by their peers. We dont have a winner or points, just the fascination of hearing from all the participants how they took their chosen image.

We have done it before and it proved popular so I am hoping it will be similarly well received this evening.
