Three parasols and the sun!

Unfortunately by the time my guests arrived the sun had been hidden by big black clouds! 
Here you can see the ‘normal’ parasol is the yellow one!  The other two have been ‘mended’ by Ro!  The addition of the chrome (looking) pole in each case.   This last was a bit long so we’ve taken about 6’’ off the flowery one.   The green one is full height!

I made some vegan flapjacks today.  A recipe from Tesco web site.

2 LG bananas
180 g oats
120 g chopped mixed nuts

Mash the bananas and add the rest mixing well.
Put in a 21 cm square tin: lined
Bake 20 mins at gas mk 6, fan 180degrees C
Till golden brown and firm.     
Mark out into squares and then leave to cool.
