Morning light and a tractor

Up and out for an early run this morning, the light was pretty incredible and it was good to get out after an awful nights sleep.

The kids had their first day back at school after the Easter holidays and it looks like it went well although they were both very cross with me for not having the time to take them to the park because i had a meeting i had to get back for.

I finally had time to go into the bees at lunch.  Mostly good news, one hive has no queen which is pretty sad and she was my calmest most lovely one.  I will see if i can do some jiggey pokery this weekend to try and help get them started again.  The other 3 hives were doing pretty well i think.

Z has had a very busy day with meetings so we havent seen much of each other today.
