Solitary

We have some woodland at the back of our garden so I decided I would go and have a look what might be growing out there.  There is the potential for many flowers and the celandines are doing well.  I managed to find a solitary bluebell!  And here it is!  Hope there will be some more!

We had two visitors this afternoon in the shape of Rob's stepdad and his partner.  I think we managed to see them in between lock downs last summer before we moved house so it was nice to be able to invite them to our new house, or at least, the garden.  We had a pleasant afternoon catching up on news.  It got chilly later in the afternoon but we had done plenty of talking by then.
