Heilan Coo

Friend Helen guided me on a most enjoyable walk on her patch this morning, which took in great views across valleys; pretty woodland; reflective ponds traditional cottages.  We caught up on families and friends, made some tentative plans for a future adventure then, back at hers, sat in her garden with delicious carrot cake and cuppas.  This Heilan Coo was in a field on our walk with her calf which wasn't playing for the camera sadly, much too warm for it.

After lunch I caught up with some Czech, popped down to the Post Office with a Frugi parcel for Euan in the States, prepared dinner and then headed out for a run with the Hobblers.  Serious steps on the Garmin today!
