Black grouse 'lekking'.

Lek - when male birds take part in a communal display in order to attract a mate. Males gather together to display by fanning out their tails, fluffing up their wings and making noises.

Not a great photo, but it was the best I could do in the circumstances. It was taken at dawn,  using a very high ISO, and from the inside of a vehicle with another person in front of me. As this was the first time I'd seen black grouse, I had to blip the photo. 

The lek was taking place at a secret location in Wales - if allowed to travel to Wales under current restrictions. If not, I wasn't there.
