Because problems never come alone, we are now in the situation where we needed our roof, our drive & retaining wall, our back fence and our doorbell replacing.

I offered to do the doorbell, but I am afraid of heights, weak as a kitten, lazy and inept, so the rest has to be done by someone else.

First up is the roof. A glorious day to spend close to $10K. I'm glad I am old because I am never getting this frigging roof done again.
