March Inspiration Challenge. Day 8: Favourite

Day 8: Favourite. Take a photo of something that is your favourite: food, person, place, thing, book...

Food wise it has to be fish and seafood . If it comes out of water and is edible, I will love it. I had hoped to get some mussels, as they can provide really interesting shots and are my most favourite. Unfortunately the fishmonger was all out.

I will serve up these salmon fillets tonight with a chilli and ginger glaze and Thai stir fry. Mouth watering already!
