Pig Face

You can buy pig face in China. (If your name is Julian, you have the unfortunate coincidence that you name in Chinese means "Pig Face). It is currently on special for 1.56 yuan /kg About $2 Aus and 1.6 Pounds. I am not sure how it's prepared but it's a certainty that I won't be trying to find out how and giving it a go myself.

And no.. This is not in some back street market. This is in my local Wal-Mart.
