Going To Wet You Grandma!!

Luckily I was just too far away.

Back to craft today.  She painted a peacock.  Then stuck googly eyes, and 5 bright feather on it.

But it was quite windy today.  As we walked away, the wet painting blew onto my t-shirt.

Luckily, I didn't actually get much paint on me.  We went to the Ladies and washed the paint off our hands, Mia's arms.

I noticed later she even got paint in her hair!

We took the painting back to the car.  We then went to 2 shops to try and get some new thongs for her (she was getting blisters).

We couldn't find any in her size, so we went to the play park instead.

Whilst we were at the water, another little girl, who had been at craft, came along.  She followed Mia into the water, but she was wearing fabric boots and socks.

The water just overflowed into her boots.  I couldn't see her Mum anywhere.  I don't know the child, so I just left her to it.

Back home we've played lots as usual.

At one point Mia raced up the stairs ahead of me.  I said to her,

'How come you can get up the stairs so quickly?'

'I've got faster legs than you,' she replied.

Apart from an aching arm, and now being really tired (that could be because I've been racing around with Mia).

I've had no side effects from the Covid vaccine, neither has my husband.
Hopefully, it stays that way.
