Crowdie

I do like Crowdie, a Highland Cheese brought over by the Vikings, this one is from Tain.

"Crowdie was traditionally eaten before ceilidhs to line the stomach to help alleviate the ill effects of whisky. " Be fine if that worked, should maybe give it a try.

Much cooler today, usual walk but laying off the Spin for a few days, I've been going at it too hard and my body aches.
