Urban Owl

Had to do some shopping today in Town and came across this owl (at least I think it is an owl), whose eyes are amazing, even though I don't think there are any species of owl that have blue eyes!! It is a mural painted on a boarded up shop in the town centre, in fact there are two owls on the mural but this one really appealed to me.
