ducklings...

Happy to see 3 little ducklings at Hyde Hall today - and they were definitely keeping their poor mum on her toes as they were running off in all different directions!! And she wasn't helped by some visitors letting their children chase after the little ducklings, before telling them off when other visitors looked angrily in their direction... what is it with some people?!

More sunshine around this afternoon than this morning which has helped me with some gardening tasks, as took delivery of 6 pelargonium (geraniums) this afternoon so they needed potting up! And I've also discovered the joy of shredding cardboard!! WAsn't sure our shredder would be up to it, but had some thin cardboard to dispose of and what better way to now put it on the compost heap all shredded up! I'm so easily pleased!!
