In the Center

...is the birdbath and bird feeders, all topped with a deep layer of snow.  This was the scene at 6:30 from the back deck as a pano.  I'm offering this for both Wide Wednesday (my first entry) and Wild Wednesday.  If you look closely you'll see damaged dogwoods splayed and a serviceberry/amelanchier bent over to the ground.  By midafternoon as I post this, the lilacs in front have sprung back up, but of course all the daffodils and other spring flowers have been ruined. 

7" of snow fell last night in our area which always gets more than locales around us.  It will melt by tomorrow when we expect temperatures in the fifties.
