Lazy Loaf

Home from work at lunchtime today.

Oven on.

Prepped my lunch ... spud for the microwave, chopped some spring onions into a bit of cream cheese, broke up a bit of smoked salmon.

While the potato cooked I opened a packet yes, a packet!!!!!, £1.49 Lidl of "Ginger Cake" mix and mixed it with oil and water and put it in a tin and shoved it in the oven.

Ate my lunch.

Chopped up some Lidl "mars bars" and melted them with a bit of butter then mixed in rice crispies. Put in tin, put some melted chocolate on top, put in fridge.

Washed the dishes.

Had a nana-nap.

Put the oven on again.

Made coffee.

Put lump of pork in the oven.

And here I am.

Not even 4pm and the dinner's halfway ready, and two sweet treats ready for afters.

No effort whatsoever AND a nap.
Can't be bad!
