Blackthorn Corridor

We were handed the keys to our holiday home today. Quite a moment, not something we have ever done before. But it gives us options we otherwise would not have.

It feels right. We had a walk around the woodland and wetland within the site, listening to all the bird song and looking at the flora. There is a lot of blackthorn in flower. I liked this corridor of blackthorn. A blackcap was singing as I took this photograph,
